The Socialbud platform provides easy access to your account settings, allowing you to manage your profile, subscription, and preferences conveniently.
Open the left-hand menu and select Settings.
At the top of the Settings page, click the Account & Billing tab.
You’ll now see three sections:
My Account
Subscription
Change Password
In this section, you can view and update your name and email address.
To edit your name, click inside the field under Name and type your new name.
To update your email address, enter your new email in the Email field.
When you’re done, click Save Changes to confirm the updates.
If you forget to save, your edits won’t be applied.

Here you can view and manage your current plan.
You’ll see:
Which plan you’re currently on
Whether your plan is active or inactive
A progress indicator showing how many AI posts you have left (for users on the smallest plan)
To make changes to your plan:
Click the Manage Plan button
A payment window will open where you can upgrade, downgrade, or update your billing details

Use this section to change your password at any time.
You’ll need to:
Enter your current password
Type your new password
Re-enter your new password for confirmation
Click Save Changes
Once saved, your new password will be active immediately.
