The Properties page is where you can add and manage all your real estate listings.
To open it, click Properties on the left side menu.
Click Add Property.
A small window (modal) will pop up, where you can quickly import a property from a link.
In the field labeled URL, you’ll see the text “Paste property link here”.
Paste the property’s web link into this box.
Click Import to start.
Importing can take a few minutes — don’t worry, that’s normal.
You can stay on this page and watch the progress, or do something else in the app while it finishes.
For example, you can:
Check your calendar
Review your upcoming auto-posts
Or simply explore other pages in the app
When it’s finished, you’ll see the details we imported from your link, such as:
Property images
Title or name of the Property
Location
Description
Price
Reviews (if available)
If you don’t want to use the Import option, you can always add a property manually.
Just fill in the details yourself:
Upload photos
Add a title and location
Write a short description
Enter the price
And optionally, add reviews or notes
Once saved, your property will appear in your Properties list.
From here, you can:
Edit the details
Delete the property
Or Turn into Post
Clicking Turn into Post takes you to the Create Post page, where all property info will already be loaded for you.
Here, you can choose what you’d like to post about — for example:
Announce a new listing
Promote an open house
Share that it’s sold or rented
When you’ve added your message, the Create Post button becomes active.
Click it, and we’ll generate your post automatically.
You can also access your saved properties directly from the Create Post page.
Click Create Post from the left-hand menu or the main dashboard.
This will open the post creation screen.
Inside the creation modal, open the Properties option.
Here, you’ll see a list of all your previously added or imported properties.
Use the Search bar if you want to find a specific property.
Once you’ve found it, simply select it - the property will be automatically added to your post.
Next, tell us what kind of post you’d like to create about this property.
For example:
A new listing announcement
An upcoming open house
A “Just sold” or “Just rented” update
When you’ve written what you’d like to say, the Create Post button becomes active.
Click it to start generating your post.
After the post is generated, you can review the result and decide whether you’d like to schedule it for publishing.
When you create or rename a folder in your Image Gallery, there are a few simple rules to follow so everything works smoothly:
Your folder name can include:
Letters (A–Z)
Numbers (0–9)
These special characters: . (dot) and _ (underscore)
What’s not allowedTo avoid errors:
The folder name cannot start or end with a special character
(For example: _summer or photos_. won’t be accepted.)
The name must be at least 2 characters long
TipIf your folder name doesn’t follow these rules, the system will ask you to update it before saving.
The Import feature works smoothly with most property links.
If you ever notice that a property isn’t importing as expected, don’t worry — you can always add it manually by entering the details yourself.
And if you’d like to help us improve, please send us a short message through the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the app.
Just let us know which property link you tried, and our team will take a look as soon as possible.
