This policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly through Socialbud’s web checkout.
If your purchase was made through a third-party platform (such as an app marketplace), refunds are handled by that platform and must be requested directly through them.
You have 7 days from the date of signup (transaction date) to request a refund.
After this 7-day period, we are unable to issue a refund.
You are charged at the time of signup
You can fully use the platform during the first 7 days
If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within this period
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.

To request a refund, you must:

Send your request within 7 days of signup
Clearly state that you are requesting a refund

Requests submitted via in-app chat or support bot (including messages like “refund”) are not considered valid refund requests and will not start the refund process.
Only email requests are accepted.
If your refund request is approved:
Your subscription will be cancelled
Access to the platform may be terminated immediately
The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of abuse or misuse, including:
Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts
Excessive usage beyond normal product evaluation
Fraudulent or manipulative behavior
All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion.

If a chargeback is submitted without prior communication and is found to be invalid or abusive, we may suspend or permanently restrict the associated account.
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency.
For example, if you paid $20 USD, you will be refunded $20 USD.
If your account uses a different currency:
The final amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations
Your bank may apply conversion or international transaction fees
We are not responsible for differences caused by exchange rates or third-party fees.
Credit top-ups or additional usage credits (including unused credits)
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period
Prorated refunds outside the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
