How to start your Free Trial
1. Sign up
Start by signing up with your email address.
Confirm your account by clicking the verification link sent to your email.
Once your account is verified, log in to Socialbud and start exploring.
2. Log in and complete Onboarding
Log in to Socialbud with the email and password you registered with.
Complete the onboarding steps to share details about your preferences, goals, and style. Providing honest and accurate information ensures your posts align with your brand or personal identity.
3. Explore the App
Once your post generation is complete, you’ll be directed to the Home Page.
About the Trial period
Your 14-day free trial gives you full access to almost all of Socialbud’s powerful features - including post generation, editing tools, and content planning.
You can fully experience how easy and fun it is to create high-quality social media content with Socialbud.
What happens when the trial ends?
When your free trial ends and you log back into the app, you’ll be taken to a plan selection page. There, you’ll need to choose a plan in order to continue using the app.
If you don’t select a plan, unfortunately, you won’t be able to access the app’s main features — like creating or managing your posts — until a plan is chosen.
If the trial ends without payment:
If the payment fails, you will lose the ability to generate new posts but can still log in and reactivate your subscription anytime, at the plan selection page.
If the trial ends with successful payment:
Your subscription will be activated without interruption.
A new post-generation day will be established based on your payment date, ensuring continuous access to Socialbud's features.
You will be able to publish posts automatically on your social media platforms.
Can I upgrade during the trial?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time during the trial.
How can I upgrade during the trial?
Follow these steps to upgrade your subscription plan:
Locate the sidebar menu, click on settings and select the Platforms and schedule page.
Click on “Upgrade” or “Upgrade to connect” button.
Select your desired plan.
Enter your details, then click Next.
Enter your card details, then click Next.
Click on “Pay $xx & subscribe” button.
Once the payment is successful:
You’ll be redirected back to Socialbud, where a confirmation message will notify you of the successful upgrade.
This message will include an option to connect your accounts on our Platforms and Schedule page. Click the “Connect accounts” button to proceed.
Email notifications
You’ll receive email reminders as your trial period approaches its end. These notifications will ensure you have enough time to decide whether to subscribe or cancel before the trial expires.
